Jane is the Controller, overseeing payroll, budgets, tax compliance issues, metals trading, variance analysis, and financial systems for the Lee's Manufacturing and Morvillo Precision Products business units. Her years in precious metals management, technology, systems management, and operational roles have informed her "can do" professional approach to new challenges, teamwork, and problem-solving.

Before joining the Lee's and Morvillo teams, Jane was the Controller for Herff Jones, responsible for all three facilities' accounting and metals trading activities. Before this, Jane held various accounting and technology roles in the jewelry industry.

A University of Massachusetts graduate with a Labor Relations and Psychology degree, Jane has applied her training to developing her teams and the systems they work with. Throughout her career, she has fueled her curiosity with finance, accounting, and operations management accomplishments. She attributes much of her success to her tenacity, positivism, and the support of some fantastic mentors.

Jane has lived locally in Rhode Island for most of her life and is the proud mother of two children and nine grandchildren! She enjoys spending as much time as she can with them in her free time.
